We have put together these Terms and Conditions to make sure you understand what is involved once you have become a member of the MindMover Connect panel. 

Membership Conditions

The MindMover Connect Panel Membership

To become a member of the MindMover Connect panel you must complete and submit the registration survey by clicking on "Sign up" on the MindMover Connect website homepage.

By registering to join the MindMover Connect panel you confirm that you have read and accept the following Terms and Conditions. The MindMover Connect panel is free to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the most up-to-date version can be viewed at any time on the site.

Confidentiality

The MindMover Connect panel and Largo UK ensure that the personal details you provide on the registration survey (including your name and email address and other personal details) are held in a secure database with limited access rights.

Any information you provide, either on the registration survey or in subsequent surveys, will be treated as confidential and used as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that any information you provide will not contain material subject to copyright or other proprietary rights, unless you have necessary permission.

We may use any information you provide (excluding any personal information) through participating in the MindMover Connect panel without charge or limitation. You agree to assign any Intellectual Property Rights in the information at the time it is first provided to the MindMover Connect panel. You shall not acquire in any way any title, rights of ownership, or Intellectual Property Rights of whatever nature through your participation in the MindMover Connect panel.

Data Protection

We aim to be transparent and clear at all times and keep your information safe. Please see our Privacy Policy here for more information about how your personal data will be used. By using the MindMover Connect panel, you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and up- to-date.

Cookies

Cookies are used for validation and to prevent bothersome repeat surveying. Please see below and Cookie Policy for full details. You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are being placed on your computer. You can also delete cookies by adjusting your browser settings.

The MindMover Connect panel mostly uses session cookies that expire as soon as you close your Internet Browser. We only use persistent cookies to maintain the state of your questionnaire should you browse away from a survey and wish to continue where you left off. This cookie is in no way used for tracking or holding personal information and will be deleted at the end of the questionnaire or 1 day after the start of the questionnaire. We also use a cookie to keep you logged on to the the MindMover Connect website, to save you having to log in over and over again.

Laws and Guidelines

Largo UK complies with UK Data Protection law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

You will receive regular invitations to research studies as a member of MindMover Connect.

Your participation on all questionnaires is voluntary and as such you may end your participation at any time.

You can unsubscribe from MindMover Connect at any time by visiting the website at /faq and following the instructions.

As a member of MindMover Connect you may request help from Largo UK with technical or research related queries. Largo UK will only address such queries where a member has specifically requested help. Largo UK may ask MindMover Connect or its service provider to reply to you on their behalf.

Conduct of Members

Registered members must agree to take sole responsibility for their conduct when using the MindMover Connect website and we will not tolerate:

• communication of material that is offensive, sexually explicit, immoral, dishonest, infringes on any third party rights or of an illegal nature or otherwise displays inappropriate conduct. We reserve the right to remove any posts that do not comply with the conduct expected of Members in their usage of MindMover Connect without notification.
• transmission in any form of a programme or file which is capable of interrupting, destroying, or limiting the capabilities of the website, server, connected networks or other users' computers.
• transmission of content for commercial reasons, including any advertising or promotional materials.
• attempts to register more than one account per person.

We reserve the immediate right to bar any Members that do not comply with the conduct expected of them from MindMover Connect without notification.
